Acount and How to Pay Download]
Annual membership is $50 (incl. GST) for professionals; or $25 (incl. GST) for students or retired, without joining fee. Official receipts will be given for tax return purposes.
To pay the fee is simple. You can either (1) pay cash to any Committee member to pass on to the Treasure Dr Hong He; (2) pay by cheque to make a payable to ACABS and post the cheque to PO Box 2019, Royal Melbourne Hospital, Melbourne 3050; (3) pay in person at any Commonwealth Bank: Filling in a deposit to make a payment to ACABS at the account number of 06 3 120 1019 4219 (account name, account BSB number, and account number). Note: Please ask the teller to add the NARRATIVE OF YOUR NAME in the computer for the transaction. Otherwise, we would not know who made the payment; or (4) pay by internet banking: Filling in ACABS's bank account details (account name, account BSB number, and account number), and providing your name and the reason of payment in Description field.
