华侨华人专业人士恳谈及项目对接会

 

尊敬的海外华侨华人专业人士：

值此举国上下庆祝新春佳节之际，谨代表吉林省人民政府侨务办公室、吉林省海外交流协会，向您及您的家人致以新春的祝福，祝您新年快乐、万事如意、事业顺畅！

    为进一步实施振兴吉林老工业基地战略，推进长吉图开发开放，搭建有效的经济合作平台，让更多的海外华侨华人参与我省经济建设，实现合作共赢，吉林省政府和国务院侨办拟于2012年5月28日至6月1日在长春市共同举办“吉林省第七届海外华侨华人专业人士恳谈及项目对接会”。 大会将分为两部分：一是人才引进项目的洽谈和对接，重点引进创新创业人才和高级管理人才；二是经济技术合作项目的洽谈和对接。

此次会议除了重点邀请医药、粮食及农副产品加工、汽车及零部件、光电子、新材料等领域的专家外，还将邀请有意与我省经济合作的华商。我们将通过吉林外事网（请于3月15日后登陆http://wb.jl.gov.cn）陆续发布对接会信息、我省的重点对外招商引资项目及人才引进项目。如您或您的海外朋友有好的项目想在吉林省寻找合作伙伴，或对我省发布的项目感兴趣，有意在我省投资兴业，请您在2012年4月20日前将项目和报名表寄给我们。我们将为您选定拟洽谈的合作伙伴，并介绍双方通过传真、电子邮件等形式进行初步洽谈，我们将于4月30日前为您发出正式邀请。

我们将为与会代表提供会议期间食宿、考察费用，并将安排吉林省省情介绍、项目对接洽谈、省政府欢迎宴会、参观考察等活动。
