第三届“2011浙江·杭州国际人才交流大会”（详见附件1, 2, 3）定于11月7日报到，主场活动将于11月8-9日在杭州召开。之后，我省温州市、舟山市还将分别举办“海外高层次人才与温州民营企业对接科技项目活动”（11月10-12日，详见附件4）和“浙江舟山群岛新区海外人才科技项目洽谈会”（11月10日-11日，详见附件5）等分场活动。
